Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn items with original tags attached in the original sustainable packaging to minimize environmental impact.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
